We are Yunior and Heydi Afonso Aspiro—husband and wife, proud parents, pet owners, and the founders of this family-run business. We both grew up in Cuba under very different but equally challenging circumstances. Yunior was raised in a humble family of farmers, learning early on the value of hard work and integrity. I spent my childhood moving from country to country due to the political persecution of my father, who bravely opposed a regime we could not align with. Through these experiences, we gained a deep understanding of sacrifice, resilience, and faith.

Our journey has taught us one fundamental truth: greatness begins with service.

XS Management Services was born from our shared passion for creating something from nothing—and doing it in a way that uplifts those around us.
